DIVENTA Gastro module manages the complete process of planning, monitoring and the passage of food and beverages through gastro cost centers (kitchens, restaurants, aperitif bars, patisseries, pizzerias). It offers the possibility of quick business decisions and high business efficiency by insight into many reviews of turnover by various elements and comparisons with previous periods / years.

    DIVENTA Gastro module manages the complete process of planning, monitoring and the passage of food and beverages through gastro cost centers (kitchens, restaurants, aperitif bars, patisseries, pizzerias). It offers the possibility of quick business decisions and high business efficiency by insight into many reviews of turnover by various elements and comparisons with previous periods / years. The integration of the Diventa system in general is particularly pronounced in this module. The Gastro module is integrally connected to the Reception Business or Human Resources module, through direct debiting of guests, rooms, groups, or even employees, whether it is boarding, à la carte or contracted service of guests of the facility, or representation or consumption of employees on other grounds.

    By applying the norms and sales groups of items, a direct connection was established with the segment of material operations of the company. Daily turnover from points of sale is automatically registered in the DIVENTA Material Business module, where the user defines where the costs will show costs depending on which items are sold and the places where they were sold and where the cost will be realized. Integration with the DIVENTA Financial Operations module is achieved through groups of items, where daily turnover is automatically registered in the cash register financial document. Of course, the complete integration of the subject module with the DIVENTA POS cash register module, which in addition to its usual functionalities offers a prompt insight into all relevant data in real time.

    All basic data required for the operation of this module are an integral part of the DIVENTA Basic Module, which contains all other data necessary for the proper functioning of the DIVENTA user information system. The module offers various parameterization options, e.g. one sales item can have different price lists at different points of sale, happy hour settings for special prices within a day, norms also have the option to be unique throughout the business entity, and also different by item at special points of sale. Also, an integral part of the module is software support for functions such as reservations or creating and sending offers of their services. DIVENTA Gastro module is extremely rich in a series of useful reviews intended for current insight or for the needs of subsequent analysis of business results, all in the option of tabular and graphical display.
